With all the nutrition and workout programs on social media it becomes very challenging to decide who to believe and most of all who to trust. Many claims, if not all, to have what it takes for woman over 40 to lose that menopause extra weight. Well, I have done like most of you, I searched. Thank goodness I have met Lilia two and a half years ago and felt good in her studio. I started with her Bootcamp/exercise classes to get back in shape and perhaps lose a few pounds.
